Job Title: Email Marketing Expert

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary: BDT 20,000 – 25,000 (Based on experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
- Design and manage email templates using best practices.
- Monitor, analyze & strategize campaign performance metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience with Klaviyo in e-commerce or B2C email marketing..
- Ability to write clear, compelling email copy and subject lines.
- HTML/CSS for email design tweaks.
- Email marketing KPIs and analytics.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other regulations.
